Is there a question to this, or is it more of a statement? 😅

Finding a nice balance between the two can sometimes be hard (at least from my experience). It also depends on the environment, but in the end, it's about the company's readiness to adjust its processes and mentality to specific work principles. 

The topic itself is quite debatable and probably a good theme for a braindate on future Team event :)
