How do you completely delete the Slack for Jira Addon?

We installed Slack for JIra, and assigned the Jirabot to Public channels. Everything worked fine until I started making those same channels Private. Jira is still a member of the channel but it has stopped sending in JIra information. Any ideas?

Hi @James Craig,

In OnDemand you don't have system administrator privileges, so you won't be able to delete that system user. I am not sure if you want to remove the addon completely from your description, though you might want to see if you can go to Manage Add-Ons and ensure the Add-On has been removed/disabled.
