How do you control the fields that are copied over?

I'm thinking that the fields copied over to the new issue are dictated by the field on the Create Screen of the New Issue. Can someone confirm this? Thanks!

No, it will try to copy over all the fields.

So far, the ones being copied are the ones on the create screen.
