How do you handle the done column? The tickets are not disappearing automatically so what are you doing to prevent the column to get chaotic?

All issues that were marked as "Done" 14 days or ago should not appear in your Nextgen board: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/get-started-with-next-gen-projects-945104903.html
