How do you link using Web Link , in the new JIRA view?

Web links are not available yet in the new issue view and indeed we have the below feature request open in our system for this:

• [JRACLOUD-70211] External web links missing in new issue view 

In order to use webliks you can disable the new issue view either:

• Click on your avatar (bottom  left section of the screen), Select Personal Settings and switch of the switch under "Atlassian Labs"
• Adding ?oldIssueView=true to the url of the issues you want to see using the old UI

However, as mentioned in the personal settings page, please note that:

The new issue view is on for all business boards and next-gen projects, so this won't affect them.

Finally, you may want to vote and watch the above feature request so that you will get notified in case of any update. The  feature will be addressed according to the Implementation of New Features Policy
