How do you move a backlog from one Jira Cloud project to another?

Hello,

We're looking to migrate from one software provider to our own in-house team. We have set up a Jira Cloud instance, and I'd like to know if there is a simple way to export, move, or migrate the backlog of tickets/tasks from the 3rd parties Jira cloud instance to our own?
