I have a Jira 'business project' and want to make the timeline view more useful by setting Saturday and Sunday as non-working days. Currently it shows as if the team works weekends.
If it was a 'software project' I could do that via the board configuration. I don't have that option for a business project.
While business projects currently don't support setting up non-working days, you may want to take a look at TeamBoard ProScheduler.
This app supports you in marking non-working days, and also hides weekend days in the timeline. ProScheduler also has other detailed options to help you customize your timeline.
Give it a try and see how it works, I'm always here to help 🙌
Cheers,
Liam
Hey @Paul Treadwell
I'm sure for business projects the only way to do this would be on a global level, which would obviously effect your entire instance
As you've touched on you can set calendars in other types of project.
Thanks
Aaron.

Thanks @Aaron Williams - any chance you know where the global setting might be? Something I might explore. thanks so much

I've just had a look at there isn't a global setting for this, was pretty sure there would have been. But it would make sense there wouldn't be seeing as over project types have a way to do this granularly.
Sorry.
