Dear all,

We are actually using Exalate in order to sync issue between our On premise Jira DC instance and a cloud instance for a customer.

We are actually facing a lot of issue with Exalate and would like to know if some of your have evaluate or using a realiable solution for doing such thing.

I would prefere to avoid API or Web hook configuration because we might need to make some custom maping between instance fields or status

Thanks for sharing

regards

Dear @serge calderara

I'm part of the team behind Backbone Work Sync and I'd be happy to have a look at the issue you are facing with Exalate - and how our app might help you in these challenges.

One of the main differences between Exalate and our app is that we're focussing on a no-code integration solution and try to make synchronizing issues work items as easy as possible.

Feel free to either bring up your challenges here - or contact our support to dive into the specifics.

Cheers,
Matthias.

Dear @serge calderara

I work for Exalate.

Given your need for field and status mapping between on-prem and cloud Jira without relying on APIs or webhooks, Exalate is the best solution that supports advanced customization and offers decentralized integration.

I understand you’ve run into some issues, if you can please share more details about the issue, I'd be more than happy to help troubleshoot and get things working smoothly.

Thank you.

Kind regards,
Mathieu Lepoutre
