if a client has both JSM and JSW standard, how do the attachment limits work in Cloud? Would they get 250GB + 250GB? If they then upgrade one of these to premium, would they only get the unlimted data in the one that they have upgraded or would the unlimited data be available throughout the instance for any application?

In the same way how does the guaranteed uptime SLA work if a client has JSW in standard but JSM in premium both in the same instance?

@Adaptavist Administrator welcome to the community!

if a client has both JSM and JSW standard, how do the attachment limits work in Cloud?

Would they get 250GB + 250GB?

The attachment size limit is per product basis, so yes it will 250GB for JSW and 250GB for JSM.

If they then upgrade one of these to premium, would they only get the unlimited data in the one that they have upgraded or would the unlimited data be available throughout the instance for any application?

Yes it will only be available to the products which are upgraded to Premium or Enterprise not for the whole site.

In the same way how does the guaranteed uptime SLA work if a client has JSW in standard but JSM in premium both in the same instance?

It is the same case with attachment, it will be based on product. So no SLA for JSW but 99.9% for JSM
