How exactly do you upgrade JIRA?

Deleted user June 13, 2018

I am unable to find this information. The items I find, when I try to go to locations mentioned in the documentation, are not there.  I am on 7.9.1 and trying to get to 7.10

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/managing-zero-downtime-upgrades-861253112.html

says to

  1. Navigate to > Applications > JIRA upgrades.

I get to Applications and there is no "JIRA upgrades"

That is an excellent idea of the type of problems I am running into.

Thanks for whatever help you are able to give.

Hi @[deleted]

The link you are using is for Jira Data Center my guess is that you have a Jira Server application instead.

This is the right link to follow:

Hope this helps!
