How get the productivity of scrum team member for my previous two sprints

Dear Sir/Madam

My Senior Management is asking for individual performance of scrum development team   from last two sprints. Parameter are Number of Ticket assigned to each scrum development, How many are done by each scrum development team member, How many are not done by each scrum development team member and how many are pending to do. Kindly help me how to write JQL query to fetch data for each scrum development team member

Also, you can consider solutions from atlassian marketplace. For example, you can take a look at add-ons developed by my team:

Dynamic Filter: JQL Replacer lets you create custom filters and compare each assignee data for the list of issues selected in this filter in the gadget for Jira Dashboard. In the screenshot, you can view the graph we use in weekly reports to analyze team productivity.

Additionally, you can analyze team efficiency with time in status data. To get it, you can try app Time in status for Jira Cloud

you can reference the Sprint Review report and select the desired sprint. Also, look at the velocity report. You can click on the view in navigator and then sort by assignee if you want. Further you can consider creating a dashboard gadget that illustrates by assignee. For example create a filter for the sprint like sprint = xxxxx then use that filter in a dashboard gadget.
