How can I do this and can I make such a report clearer?

I believe there is no easy way to do so.

I can think of two possible ways how to get at least a similar result:

• Look for a suitable marketplace app
  I've searched for Epic Report and it looks like maybe the Pivot Report app could give you at least a similar result
• Build a table in Confluence
  If you also have Confluence, you could make a simple Confluence table with the structure mentioned above - and then use the Jira macro for every single cell with a matching JQL statement, e.g. "Epic Link" = (EPIC-1) and priority = Critical
