How i can parse Jira Feed. Still it not encoded.

Hi All,

I Can get JIRA RSS Feed. It is not encoded as UTF-8. So when i parse the Feed Xml, it will give many errors. What is the solution for that.

Is there any wat to parse the feed and get the Values?

Jira's RSS feeds look like well formed XML to me, could you explain what the problem is with them and why you're asking about utf-8?
