Hi we are starting to the User Story Map function for more and more things. One issue I am finding is that when we create a view in the USM, no-one else can access that specific view. There is an option for views shared by your team but that consistently shows:
"Your team has not created any views. Views created by your team will appear here."
The problem is that I cannot find where the "team" for this is configured. If it's tempo team then it should already be working.
Note that I am admin on my Jira project but not on our organisations Jira product. So I cannot see certain things. If I need to request a new team from our admin that's fine, but I need to understand what to request!
This would be much easier if it had the usual 'share with' options of Jira filters and boards!
Thanks Henri. It doesn't seem to be working as my other team members can't see the views I have saved but I will go back to it
Edit - Now it is working. I have no idea why we couldn't see it before :)

Ps A saved view, doesn't cover layout I don't think? eg adding hierarchy?

That's correct: a Saved View only includes settings from the Filters drawer.
If you've configured a third level of hierarchy, other users will need to toggle that third level issue type on in the Layout menu to see it.
Saved views are set for each Jira board. This means that if you have more than one board in your Jira project, your Saved Views will only be available when you or your teammates are viewing the same board you created them on.
Let me know if you have further questions!
Kind regards,
