I am using Jira service Desk (server version). I had the following questions?
1. How long is the link in the Invitation email sent to the Customer valid for?
2. Is there a way to configure the time for which the link is valid?
3. How do I resend an invitation, if the user has not activated the account before the expiration of the link?

go to settings > user management > search for user and you should see "resend" option

as i mentioned I think it is valid for 7 days but I have not checked this in some time TBH.
