How many fields in JIra during create a bug?

What fields are there when We are creating a bug and what each field is for (describe all existing fields in a project)?

The fields showing on the CREATE screen will vary from project to project. Here is a detailed description of the Screens:

This is a question for your Jira admin or Project lead. There are numerous fields you can set and use.

The only field you must fill in Jira when you create an issue (of any type) is the issue Summary.  Some others will be filled automatically (status, project, key, and issue type are not really fields, they're structural.  Created and updated date/time are calculated and set for you, and so on).

The rest of the fields are entirely up to you.  Your admins can make them mandatory or optional, remove them from the screens completely (it's not uncommon to remove the system version fields from create issue for example) and create new fields that your team wants to use.
