We already use four levels in our plan structure. (Demand (Level 1), Slice (Level 2), Epic (Level 3), Story, Task, Bug (Level 4). Is it technically possible to add 2 more management levels above the current level 1?
If so, you'll be able to add those 2 additional levels - there's unlikely to be a technical problem, but I'd be considering instead what those levels will represent - and how many levels users can reasonably manage for as part of their breakdown of work?
