How many methods other than annual payment?

I would like to use JIRA but I can't pay for a year. I would like to make it monthly.

Is it possible?

Cloud can be billed monthly or annually.  Server versions are an annual payment (it's a bit more complex than a simple annual payment though)

To ensure timely payment for monthly subscriptions credit card is the only form of payment offered for monthly Atlassian Cloud subscriptions. You have the option to be billed annually for your cloud subscription and then you can pay via credit card, bank transfer, and check. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
