How much atlassian will charge per user?

I would like to know that If One person is having JIRA,CONFLUENCE,BITBUCKET access.
If the person is not using Confluence and bitbucket .
How to delete the person from those? without affecting jira access.

You should be able to manage this from the Admin menu - assuming all the products are linked together.

You'll need to be a Site/Org Admin - and then...

1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
2. Locate the relevant site, and select Manage Users
3. Select the user from the list (search for them if needed)
4. Manage their access to each product - for example, in Confluence remove their product role or toggle access to off (thus suspending their access to that product)

Note: You cannot do this with Admins - by default, they have access to all products.
