How public app in atlassian marketplace

Hello, I have a side project that works with the Jira REST API using OAuth 2.0 (3LO) apps. Question: How can I publish it on the Atlassian Marketplace? Is it sufficient for the app to link to the project's page?

You have to register as a developer to publish things on the marketplace. You can find the process when you go to the marketplace and log in, then check the your profile (top right corner).
