As a product owner, I would like to set up our new Jira project(s) in a way that will be easier and clearer in helping my business owners organize and communicate their backlog of work issues to our engineering teams (in a vendor company using a separate Jira project). I want to get advice on how to best set this up from the start. We have 3 or 4 key web apps that require engineering feature requests, change requests and bug fixes in an ongoing basis.
