How should I get the cloud_id for particular project?

I had integrate Jira with my site. After integrating it when I call the api to get cloud_id, I got the response which contains list of all project in jira not the one which I opted in the field Authorize for. How do I get the cloud_id for the project I filed in the field Authorize for?
