I have accidentally created a Next-Gen Jira project and have a very limited reports in this project. Can I add time reports in the next-gen project?
Also can I move all of my issues from Next-Gen project to a Classic project?

Next-gen projects are more simple than Classic, so there are few types of reports and it's not possible to add more.
For more details about the available reports, please check the documentation below:
Regarding your second question, you can bulk move your tickets from next-gen to a classic project. Note that, since the projects are different, some information might be lost during the process. I'd suggest you to read the documentation before bulk move the tickets between projects:
