How to Add child issue in between previous child issues

i have created an epic under that epic i have created a story and under that story i have created lots of child issues but now i want to add a child issue somewhere in between the previously created issues.e.g. if my child issues are from 10  to 20 but now i want to add it at after 14 then what should i do?

Reordering child issues is possible using drag and drop in Team Managed projects. Can you please confirm if you are using Team managed or Company managed project ?

For Company Managed Projects, you can set the ranking of the issues on the board (via drag and drop)
