How to Auto Upload Stories from another company's JIRA instance?

Our Client uses Jira.  They are sending us CSV/XLSX lists from their Jira board with labeled/ numbered prioritised suggested User Stories.  I don't want to put these into my board manually myself as it is a waste of my time.

Can we set up something from their account to send those issues to our JIRA board?

Hello,

The board is just a representation of Jira issues. Have a look at the filter which is used for the Board. After it you can upload issues from a cvs file so that these issues would satisfy your board filter. If they satisfy your board filter JQL query then they will be shown on the board.
