How to Bulk Add users to a Group

Having to manually add hundreds of users to new groups is unacceptable.

Any way to automate it?

Just install our User Management for Jira Cloud on a trial licence, and use Bulk User Actions to select your users, including using a CSV-based filter if necessary and add them to groups in one swift bulk operation.

What criteria do you need to use when bulk adding users to groups?

Creating your own script using the Atlassian APIs would give you the most flexibility.

Using an add-on, like Admin Automations, would probably be easiest, but give you fewer options around criteria when selecting users.
