How to Change User Avatars in Source and Review Tabs

Strange stick figures appear in the Jira OnDemand Source and Review tabs for users who have already set their user avatars in the User Management screens. How to get the correct avatars to appear here as well?

Hi Jose, I think we already got in touch through our support website, however, just for the record, I'd like to post my answer here.

The avatars that users set in the User Management screens does not apply for Fisheye/Crucible. Since users don't have access to administration screen on Fisheye/Crucible (for safety reasons) to be able to change their avatar, they get the default one, charlie.
