Are there any alternatives to Scriptrunner addon to automatically disable users that have been inactive for longer as 180 days In Jira Cloud?

Regards

Ashok

Hello, @G Ashok

Our app User Management for Jira Cloud allows you to do this based on last login date.

With the current version you can query managed users via Organisation source and deactivate or export account ids into CSV and remove product access groups via Jira source using CSV filter.

You can get similar information from CSV exports Atlassian provides, limit to users you want to deactivate or un-license in bulk and then use Jira source to do so.

See Getting Started with User Management for Jira Cloud and our FAQ.

Hi G Ashok,

In Jira Cloud, I am not aware of any add-ons to do this.

However, Atlassian provides a User Management Rest API which could be called from a scriptRunner Script to disable a user.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Kristian
