How to Edit Sprint Scope of Work

Hello,

I have a problem with tasks in active sprints. Yesterday we had sprint planning and today I am adding new tasks. 

I should have ended sprint 14 --> put to backlog --> add new items in backlog --> start sprint 15 . 

What I did wrong :
I ended sprint 14 --> continue immediately to sprint 15 --> start adding tasks, which affect my scope of work.

How to deal with this issue? should i delete sprint or edit sprint? Please help me and thank you!
