How to Export & Import the Jira issue comments along with the reactions on those comments ?

We would like to get the issues exports with it's comments reactions ? Is there any way we can do that ? And also to import those issue comments without losing reactions on it.

Can you tell more about this export&import? Is it from jira cloud to jira cloud or other configuration?

Yes, It's for cloud to cloud.

Can we preserve the comments reactions ?
