How to I add last comment to a filter?

I want to track the last comment of particular issues that fall in a particular filter.

to the best of my knowledge, Jira doesn't allow showing the latest comment in any of its issue list view. You may be able to copy the latest comment into a custom field using Jira Automation, or use an app from the Atlassian Marketplace.

E.g., if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, this would be easy to do with the app that my team is working on, JXL for Jira. 

JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a number of so-called “smart columns” that aren’t natively available, including last comment and several other comment-related columns.
