How to I extract list of Groups from User Management area. 

We have to consolidate groups to make Administrator's job easier.  Need to make permissions easier to manage across groups.

At the most basic level, filter the group list with no criteria and set Groups per page to 100, copy all rows of output, and paste it into Excel (match destination formatting).

You can delete the Actions column, and with a little tweaking to clean up the sheet you have a list of all Groups.
