In our Test instance we have removed all email capabilities (removed Services defintions for all but our Admin Test project) so users will not get any email from TEST and confuse it with Production issues. We overall wish to keep email capability turned on within Jira so we can see email results - like for testing changes to Velocity templates or upgrades.
I've disabled all Shared Subscriptions but how to identify then disable 'Private Email Subscriptions'?

Easiest way is just to delete all rows from the filtersubscription table.
