I have Slack channels for each swim lane on my Jira software project board. I want to receive notifications when an issue is moved to each specific swim lane. How can I make this happen?

What setting are you using for your Swimlanes on your board?
Swimlanes on a board are essentially based on filters (either a built in filter or a custom filter). You would have to set up your Slack notification based on whatever field(s) change in the issue that result in it being displayed in a given swimlane. You could do that with an Automation Rule.
