Dear Jira Experts,
I have a group of users A, B, C, D, E, F, and G, and this group has access to a project. Within this project, we have several Issue Types: Form1, Form2, and Form3.
Now, I'm creating a new form, Form4, in the project, and I want only users D, E, and F to have access to Form4 (in additions to Form1, Form2 and Form3 that D, E, and F can already access). This means that when users try to create an issue ticket, only users D, E, and F should see all the forms (Form1, Form2, Form3, and Form4) in the Issue Types, while users A, B, C, and G should only see Form1, Form2, and Form3.
Is there a way to configure Form4 in this manner?
Thanks!
Kevin
Hello @Kevin Lu
Do you want to impose this only on the Create Issue dialog, or do you want to hide all Form4 issues from those other users?

Dear Trudy,
Thank you for your response. I would like to impose this only on the Create Issue dialog if possible. So only certain allowed users can see Form4 in Create Issue window and create Form4 tickets.
Thanks!
Kevin
