I need to give access to a Third Party so that they can see the Kanban Board for my project, but not be able to delve any further in. They must not be able to go into individual issues to be able to see the comments etc. Is this possible please?
Hi @Tania Bigg ,
You can provide people access to the board and only the board but if you don't provide them access to the project/s they will not be able to see the issues which have to be visible on the board.
Hi Mihai,
Thanks for your quick reply. It sounds really simple, but I'm quite new to the Admin side of Jira so I am struggling to find the way to give the user access to the board (before I remove their access to the project). I have got this far: Kanban Board, Settings, General - is this the correct place to add a user?
Regards,
Tania
