How to access JIRA Test version, which i had earlier, currently we have prod one but test one is showing.

Hi

This means that your JIRA instance is down on your server. You need to restart it. It can usually be done by the sys admin that manage the server. Make sure the database is up before starting JIRA otherwise it will not work.
