This process has been quite frustrating. Would have expected it to be a lot easier. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We are simply trying to change the issue type hierarchy on a Company-Managed project so that we can add an extra level above the Epic issue type. We have already tried Team-Managed project and it does allow for additional issue types but doesn't seem to allow for changing the hierarchy and creating a level above Epics.
Changing the issue type hierarchy at the Company level presents a warning "Changes to the hierarchy configuration will apply to all company-managed projects.". Hence, we would like to setup a Sandbox environment to see what gets broken and see how much of an impact it would have on the rest of the company.
This brings us to our next challenge. All the documentation on sandbox environments points us to the following location. Go to admin.atlassian.com > Products > Sandbox. However, this does not appear to exist in our Admin portal. We are a Jira Premium customer and should have access to the feature.

Hello @Jason
Are you able to show us information from the Billing section of the admin portal to demonstrate that your subscription is, indeed, Premium and for Jira Software? Please obscure confidential data.
Can you then show us what you see in the left side panel when you go to the admin portal and select Products from the menu across the top?
Hi Trudy,
Thanks for your response. I've added screenshots of what I see in the billing section and of the Admin portal. Unsure why my post says PRODUCT PLAN: STANDARD.
Kind Regards,
Jason
