How to access multiple administrations with one account?

Hi, I'm in the admin group of two different cloud jira projects. I can switch easily between the two projects. But I cant access the administration both- One is listed, the the the other one is not listed. 

Any idea?

welcome to community!

are you using the same atlassian account for both instances?

if so you should be able to see everything from start.atlassian.com or admin.atlassian.com(I think maybe .net)

if they’re different accounts though not sure it’s possible.
