How to activate project in WindowsPowerShell?

I have followed the precise instructions for making list of objects and their properties in the following video which shows how to build My First Project in Windows PowerShell, but when I typed the command, the program was non executable. In the video which I have watched the Guy show the same, but his directory has no the next text or root:  PS C:/Users/Milos>.Instead of that, his directory has nothing, but the empty black surface was totally empty black...And his command was off course operable. My not. Why? How to solvehttps://www.enterprisedb.com/docs/biganimal/latest/using_cluster/06_demonstration_oracle_compatibility/   this problem?

I think you have asked this in the wrong place.  I suspect your application/service is using an Atlassian service to do issue tracking or documentation, and you have clicked on "help with docs/tracker service" instead of "help with the application/service".
