How to add 'Epic Link' and 'Due Date' field to Issue Collector Form

Hi
I would like to add *Epic Link* and *Due Date* fields to Issue Collector form. But, It is not listed to Issue Collector Configuration page though these fields are available in Issue Create screen.
Can anyone pls tell me how can I add those fields to Issue Collector form??
