How to add SSL certificate on windows

Hello,

Extreme noob here! I need step by step guidance please.

I have a Jira Datacenter running on windows - the IT configured an load balancer in front of jira (we have a single node but for future use if we need to expand to cluster mode) they added the SSL certificate there, and it's working, Jira has ssl - BUT  when i want to add an gadget - they are having names like msg_gadget.activity.stream.title__

I have read on the web the procedure from Atlassian, but beeing a noob i have no idea how to solve this.

Is there any step by step instruction on how to solve this? I mean very detailed?
