How to add custom fields in to jira service desk request type

Add fields to Service Desk project screen(similar to adding field in Jira software/core project)
Navigate to Request Types > Edit Fields under specific issue type
Click "+ Add a field" on right top of the screen
Then add required fields from the pop up screen > Apply
