How to add a customfield on a Dialog (Plugin Development)

I have a webitem shown on the right side of the issue screen.

This webitem is restricted to some users under some conditions.

Those users are the only ones that have permission to change a single field, so i would like to add the customfield to a dialog that i can launch from my web item.

I have been looking for some documentation on how to render customfields in custom web items or servlets, but haven't find any usefull information
