How to add a default description to a custom issue type

When I go to the global Issues section, all you can do is create issues and set their description and avatar. From the project settings, you can add the custom issue types to the project, but there isn't a place to set the default description.

We're trying to have custom issue types for common recurring tasks, with a default description which is like a "template" for the issue reporter to fill out.

I know only one way to add template on description in Jira cloud and it's ScriptRunner's Behaviours.  

The plugin canned issue also provide a decent workaround for this request but you definitly take a look on behaviours!
