So, I created a page with a button to create another page, the issue has a link to this page to use it. When I use it I would like that the new page will be link to the issue where I created it.
Hi Andres,
I am not certain I understand the problem here yet. If you already have Jira and Confluence connected via application link, then that integration does allow you to use features like using a link in Jira to create pages in Confluence.
Also by that integration feature, pasting a JIra issue link should automatically show an external link to that confluence page within jira. Are you using the Jira Macro in Confluence in order to have that link appear there? That macro should help make this work automatically.
However if you're just entering a URL or an issue key and you are not seeing those change into the single issue macro, like this:
Then perhaps that is the problem here. I took that image from this blog post that further explains this topic in some more detail, it might help to check out Display Jira Issues in Confluence: more power, more control.
If you are still having a problem with this, could you please explain a bit more as to what you see on that confluence page. Perhaps this is better help us understand the problem here.
I think he means this:
When he publishes the page in confluence, he wants this appear in a jira issue automatically. What you are saying is manual.
I think what you want is not possible.
