I do have a Context for a particular field, and already a long list of projects that are making use of the context.
If I want to add another project, then I know only one way of doing that, and that via editing the context, but then I must select again ALL already selected projects. I don't see an "add" option.
Having more than 100 project in total an easily a context applied to 20 projects, it is undoable to first right down the projects already selected for that context and then again select them all again plus the new one to be added.
There must be a smarter way to do that (without any plugin application). Who can help me out?
Hi there,
When you go into the context configuration, if you have a Windows device, you should be able to hold the ctrl key and click on the project(s) you want to add to the context. This will allow you to add projects to the context and the projects already defined in the context should remain selected.
Yes,
However, I would like to see a multi-select check box instead of the CTRL method.
You must be very careful; one click without holding CTRL will deselect all previously selected projects.
