How to add an outgoing transition to ALL statuses

Hi All,

I want to be able to set an outgoing transition to all for some of my workflow statuses. As an example, any status in my workflow can transition to a status of BLOCKED because I select the "Allow all statuses to transition to this one" checkbox for this status, however I want to be able to allow the Blocked Status to revert back to "Any" status - I'm just not sure how if this is possible? Any advice would be appreciated

Hi Jason, welcome to the community.

You can't create an all transition outgoing. To achieve your goal you would need to make an all transition in for each of your other statuses. In that way blocked would be able to transition to any other status. Alternatively if you don't want an all transition into every other status then you would create a transition out of blocked to every other status individually.

Thanks Jack for the confirmation, as I don't want an All transition in for all statuses, I'll go with the latter option.
