How to add choice value in label field in JIRA

How to add choice-value in label field in JIRA. Can you please help me where i need to configure the new choice list for label fields

Hi @Ramesh Ranganathan 

Label field is global jira field where you don't specify list of label values. Values that appear in that field appear from issues where it was used. User can add any label that they want. If label exist Jira will show value.
