How to add configuration for custom ui plugin

Hello Everyone,

We are developing a custom plugin, and we would like to have a configuration in the admin panel for this plugin. The data stored in this configuration we would like to use it by the custom plugin.

The plugin created with custom UI, build with NPM and deployed with forge.
